About AstroPhilosophy

Amateur Astrophotographer and Writer

Welcome to AstroPhilosophy! I often joke, saying I’m a squeaky wheel on this crazy planet we call Earth. Growing up, my interests aligned more with the esoteric, metaphysical, and cosmic, rather than the everyday activities my friends found themselves involved in. Instead of sports, chasing girls, and being concerned with the drama of the mundane, I was entrenched in concepts related more to the fringe. Twin Flames, numerology, tarot, astrology, transpersonal psychology, and more were all in my field of view, even though I was educated in the hard sciences (Biology & CS).

When I’m not working, these are the ideas that dominate my mind. I’m also a fan of being in nature; I love a good hike. I’m extremely fond of the ocean and the Great Lakes, and Lake Ontario is one of my go-to places in the summer months. Oh, I’m also an amateur astrophotographer and often spend late nights capturing the night sky, which can be difficult with all the clouds the Northeast US often gets. AstroPhilosophy is one of my latest projects; it will be a place where I share my interest in astrophotography as well as my deeper thoughts. Thank you for visiting my site, and check back often for more updates.
